The Philanthropy for Arts and Culture class at Portland State University concluded their grantmaking this fall, awarding five grants for a total of $25,000. Our partnership is unique because students in this Senior Capstone know their service area going into the process. Instead of fundraising, they have a more rigorous review process, which includes giving feedback to applicants and producing final projects designed to strengthen the experience of future grantmakers.
We celebrated their hard work with a Grant Awards Ceremony at the Schnitzer Properties home office on Wednesday, December 4th. Congratulations to the grantees!

- Josephy Center for Arts & Culture - $6,500.00
- North Pole Studio - $5,000.00
- Outside the Frame - $6,000.00
- Talent Maker City - $4,000.00
