Prior to CommuniCare, she spent fourteen years as a middle and high school English teacher and thinks reading, writing, and teenagers are an excellent combination. She also has experience in nonprofit work, raising funds for micro-credit programs and helping to compile and file legal briefs to protect Oregon&#8217;s land-use planning system.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"mark94rd9mw9h\" data-markjs=\"true\" data-ogac=\"\" data-ogab=\"\" data-ogsc=\"\" data-ogsb=\"\">Andrea<\/span> enjoys gardening, camping, running, spending time with her family, and playing the ukulele in her spare time. She is also a perennial student, and loves to keep learning about history and humanity.
